As co-founder, Hemma was a structuring force in the early idea and conception phase of OurPower and, as a member of the supervisory board, accompanied the cooperative in its strategy and business model development. With her innovation company avantsmart, Hemma has over 14 years of experience working for the energy transition, at the interface of political decisions, innovative start-ups, and in the world of established players.
